Practice HighlightsSaint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician-led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to work full-time at its W. Emerald clinic. Saint Alphonsus Medical Group W. Emerald is a busy, well-established practice located near the main hospital campus of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. SAMG W. Emerald has long established providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. The clinic also includes an on-site Urgent Care, Orthopedic Urgent Care, digital x-ray and laboratory. The clinic utilizes the Epic for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) ( or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment )
Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
