Our client is a global consulting firm advancing organizations in the fields of corporate finance, economics, investigations and performance improvement. This team is hiring for a Payroll Coordinator that will report to the Global Payroll Manager. There are over 1,500 employees worldwide!PAY:
$55,000 - $80,000 (hourly, OT eligible)LOCATION:

3+ years of payroll processing experience.1+ year of Workday experience.Prior success working remotely.Stable work history.Responsibilities
Maintain documentation of all payroll procedures.Prepare many payroll reports in supporting payroll processing including audit reports.Represent team as a point of contact for all US employees.Review new hires for payroll processing, including review of contracts, bonuses and special contracted conditions.Review terminations considering state laws for payment of final pay.Support US payroll processes by uploading files and updating pay checks as required.Prepare time and attendance audit reports for each pay.Assist employees with absence corrections.Prepare an audit data for on demand payments.Maintain payroll trackers and pay related schedules.Provide payroll support for internal and external audit requests.Ad hoc projects and requests as assigned.Contribute to the organization in a professional manner with a positive attitude.Skills
