This team is hiring for a Payroll Coordinator that will report to the Global Payroll Manager. There are over 1,500 employees worldwide!Pay:
$55,000 - $80,000 (hourly, OT eligible)Location:
100% RemoteSchedule:
Monday - Friday, Full timeMinimum Requirements:3+ years of payroll processing experience.1+ year of Workday experience.Prior success working remotely.Responsibilities:Maintain documentation of all payroll procedures.Prepare payroll reports in support of payroll processing including audit reports.Represent team as a point of contact for all US employees.Review new hires for payroll processing, including review of contracts, bonuses, and special contracted conditions.Review terminations considering state laws for payment of final pay.Support US payroll processes by uploading files and updating paychecks as required.Prepare time and attendance audit reports for each pay period.Assist employees with absence corrections.Prepare audit data for on-demand payments.Maintain payroll trackers and pay-related schedules.Provide payroll support for internal and external audit requests.Ad hoc projects and requests as assigned.Contribute to the organization in a professional manner with a positive attitude.Skills:Payroll ProcessingPayroll Tax - MultistatePayroll - 500+ WorkdayWage/Hour AuditQualifications:Years of experience: 3 yearsRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
