Location: Abingdon, MarylandCategory: Business and Financial Operations OccupationsReference: AB_4616363Job Details:Randstad has an exciting permanent opportunity with a healthcare organization in the Baltimore County area for an experienced HR leader offering expertise in creating processes and procedures in talent acquisition strategies and developing and leading others.100% on-site with future flexibility. Requires travel between two sites in Baltimore and Harford County.Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per yearShift: FirstWork Hours: 8 AM - 5 PMResponsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent management, recruiting, and succession planning.Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing grievances, demands, and workplace concerns.Provide guidance on complex HR matters, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations.Oversee talent acquisition processes, particularly for managerial and professional roles, collaborating with managers to ensure the right fit.Analyze compensation trends and propose competitive pay and benefits to attract and retain top talent.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as needed.Create and manage employee development programs and handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.Skills:Organizational SkillsInterpersonal SkillsTalent AcquisitionProcess CreationProcess ImplementationSHRM-CPHR Law and RegulationsHRISGoogle for Business SuiteHuman Resources (6 years of experience required)Full Life Cycle RecruitingQualifications:Years of experience: 6 yearsRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
