Randstad has an exciting permanent opportunity with a healthcare organization in the Baltimore County area for an experienced HR leader offering expertise in creating processes/procedures in creating talent acquisition strategies and developing and leading others.100% on site with future flexibilityRequires travel between two sites in the Baltimore and Harford CountyBachelor's Degree highly preferredSHRM or other HR certifications highly desired

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per yearShift: FirstWork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMEducation: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals, including talent management, recruiting, and succession planning.Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing grievances, demands, and workplace concerns.Provide guidance on complex HR matters, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations.Oversee talent acquisition processes, particularly for managerial and professional roles, collaborating with managers to ensure the right fit.Analyze compensation trends and propose competitive pay and benefits to attract and retain top talent.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as needed.Create and manage employee development programs and handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
