Turns out this requires a lot of talented people, so we’re looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to our recruiting team!As a member of our tech recruiting team, you’ll play a critical role in building a strong pipeline for the highest priority engineering roles at Mercury.Responsibilities:

Run a recruiting pipeline end to end across various teams and roles within the Engineering orgWork closely with managers and interviewers to build high-performing, diverse teamsSource passive candidates, conduct phone screens, keep candidates updated throughout the process, extending offers, and offer negotiationsBe a strategic partner to hiring managers and interviewers, and guide them to make the best decisions on candidatesDevelop rapport with candidates early on in the interview process, meanwhile building a strong reputation for Mercury in the marketStay closely aligned on company priorities and develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and productActively think of ways to improve and scale our recruiting processesChampion diversity and inclusion initiativesCollaborate with other recruiting team members on various projects to support broader recruiting initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goalsQualifications:

Have 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experienceBe excited to learn new areas of the business, partner with different hiring managers, and be willing to take on new roles as they come upHave the ability to quickly calibrate on different technical profilesSee yourself as an expert sourcer and enjoy seeking out passive talentHave a track record of closing candidates in a highly competitive technical landscapeHave experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Covey, Gem or similarCommunicate with clarity, thought, and precisionEnjoy building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teamsThe total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.Salary Ranges:

US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $140,700 - $165,500 USDUS employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $126,600 - $149,000 USDCanadian employees (any location): CAD $128,000 - $150,600We use Covey as part of our hiring and/or promotional process for jobs in NYC.
