Job DescriptionMaintain vendor contact lists and account infoIssue Purchase OrdersMaterial take-offs to determine order quantitiesMaintain and file quotationsBid analysis using Bid Comparison toolsTrack and update Job Readiness spreadsheetsCoordinate logistics for inbound materialsWork cross-functionally to support staff across the organizationReconcile material shortagesMaintain Inventory Control throughout the plantSupport all ERP process requirementsCommunicate effectively with suppliers and expand the vendor baseQualifications
Strong leadership skills & team builderStrong organizational and analytical skillsComputer skills; Excel, ERP, Microsoft OfficeTeam player among all levels of the organization working together to achieve business objectivesEducation and Experience:
BS degree in Finance, Construction Management, or Accounting preferred.
