Inviting applications for the role of Lead Enterprise Architect
Skills - Genpact LLC seeks Lead Enterprise Architect (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to lead teams and conduct detailed IT assessment sessions with various application owners, integration architects, solution consultants, and functional experts. Identify opportunities continuously to improve interoperability between heterogeneous systems and utilize tools and technologies to bridge functional capability requirements. Optimize operational cost and improve return on investment (ROI) on enterprise IT investments. Conduct data mapping and integration sessions between various source systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CAS, BW, etc.) to integrate the right data into systems (e.g., Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, BY, WMS, GTP, BW, Anaplan, E2Open, etc.) to ensure organization success. Analyze end-to-end Supply Chain ecosystem at enterprise level. Gather functional and technical requirements from project teams. Lead software product vendor and implementation partner selection lifecycles. Liaise with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to design the best suited integration method and source system(s) to meet the data needs to overcome IT challenges. Conduct resource and implementation partner selection process lifecycles. Conduct performance testing and System Integration Testing on data integration and resolve issues as required.
Education - Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable. Position also requires 2 years of experience in a lead enterprise architect role; 2 years of experience with implementing supply chain planning tools and technologies;Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF; and Certification in one of supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, BY, O9 or E2Open. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 10% to 20% of travel required.
