We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Solar Canvass Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive the growth of our solar initiatives.
As a Solar Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our door-to-door team, developing strategies to maximize outreach efforts, and promoting our solar solutions in diverse communities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base while fostering an inclusive environment that prioritizes equity and accessibility in solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing canvassing team, providing mentorship and support to ensure success.
Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective canvassing strategies to engage target communities and drive awareness of solar energy benefits.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor canvassing metrics and team performance, analyzing data to continuously improve outreach efforts.
Training & Development:
Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of canvassing team members regarding solar technology and community engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within sales, canvassing, or community outreach, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and the benefits they offer to residential customers.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
