Identify and originate new investment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, investment bankers, and industry executives.Relationship Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for sourcing partners, ensuring strong relationships are maintained with intermediaries, industry professionals, and other deal sources.Market Research:
Conduct in-depth industry research to identify emerging trends and sectors that align with the firm’s investment focus in healthcare and business services.Outreach Campaigns:
Lead outreach efforts, including cold-calling and networking, to generate a steady pipeline of potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.Investment Analysis:
Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate potential acquisition targets, participate in due diligence, and assess strategic fit with the firm’s investment thesis.Transaction Support:
Assist in structuring and closing deals by supporting the preparation of financial models, investment memoranda, and other transaction documentation.Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.Experience:
4-7 years of business development, deal origination, or investment banking experience, ideally within private equity or related industries.Sector Knowledge:
Familiarity with the healthcare and business services sectors is highly preferred.
