Key responsibilities include tracking progress, identifying risks, and facilitating communication among Project Management, Design, Production Design and Copywriting and Brand Marketing. You must be an excellent communicator, an enthusiastic and proactive problem solver with a keen eye toward prioritization, meticulous attention to detail and a heightened sense of ownership for project development from intake, to review through release. This role is essential to operations—having a continuous, direct pulse on the team, programs, processes, and capacity.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Utilizes and masters project management software tools to resource, track, monitor, execute and report on creative projects.Allocates creative resources based on bandwidth, collaborate with project management to appropriately prioritize and identify potential solutions.Monitors daily project activity and progress across all creative team members – communicating project delays and/or bandwidth openings.Efficiently and effectively manages day-to-day priority shifts; communicates effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Understands when (and why) to escalate issues.Manages, schedules, and facilitates weekly resourcing meetings with project management and creative leaders—leading prioritized discussions and mitigating risks.Prepares, manages, and circulates the creative review agendas in advance of key stakeholder meetings.Manages production design requests from initiation through completion with internal and external creative resources.Assists with asset management, file organization and maintenance of the server folder structure.Builds strong working relationships with internal and business team members, establishing a role as a trusted resource and partner.Other duties/projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree preferred3+ years of traffic/creative project Management experience in a fast-paced agency or similar environment or similarExperience with project management tool(s); inclusive of creative resourcing and allocating work to team members, maintenance of key project details, and compiling data and reports for managementWorking knowledge of creative and production processes to appropriately determine resources through each stage of content creationIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects through various stages, workflows, and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail in a high-volume environmentPositive, flexible, and resourceful attitude who thrives on figuring out a way to get important things doneSupports a strong, collaborative, solutions-focused team environmentBe a key stakeholder in how the full funnel creative process works, providing feedback to our Marketing Operations Leadership Team from the Traffic/PM vantage pointChico’s FAS, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
