to provide strategic HR guidance and serve as the main point of contact for HR matters. The ideal candidate is an experienced strategic HR professional with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Direct HireResponsibilities:
Serve as the HR Business Partner for the Vice President – Operations and Operations Managers and serve as the primary HR point of contact.Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, including talent management, succession planning, employee engagement surveys, leadership development, and organizational design.Lead and enhance the HR Advisory team’s performance and professional growth.Collaborate closely with various HR functions to ensure consolidated and aligned HR solutions.Oversee the regional HR Advisory team to:Provide expert HR advice and coaching to Operations leaders.Ensure smooth operations of HR activities, including driving the annual HR wheel.Guide Operations leaders in enhancing employee performance management and succession planning.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, union agreements, and HR policies.Provide emergency management support, including crisis response.Conduct investigations into internal complaints and whistleblower alerts.Manage visa/immigration processes.Manage local recruitment for onshore and offshore personnel.Support finance with identifying tax processes and ensuring compliance.Mobilize rigs to ensure startup in new areas of operations.Execute ramp-up and ramp-down plans as required.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a large, complex organization.Demonstrated experience as an HR business partner in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of industry-specific labor laws and regulatory environments.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage conflict and facilitate problem-solving.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.Experience in HR operations, organizational development, talent management, and change management.Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
