SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.Key responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate, and extend offer)Screen candidates’ resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methodsCollaborate with Hiring Managers to meet recruitment needsAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processManage the scheduling of the interviews between candidates and Hiring ManagersStay current on industry news, trends, and best practices, related to talent sourcingEnsure Company values and behaviors are incorporated in the recruitment processRequirements:
At least 2+ years of experienceProven experience in recruiting for business-focused roles, with a deep understanding of the specific skills and qualifications required for such positionsProficient in English in written and verbal communicationStrong experience in end-to-end recruitment processExperience with various sourcing platforms and job boardsSolid knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniquesAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each positionInternational recruitment experienceNice to have:
Knowledge of the Russian languageWhat we offer:
