Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

Devise and execute impactful sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.

Build a strong sales team to enable the conversion of sales initiatives and lead to actual signed agreements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the igaming sector.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Business Development:

Discover and pursue new business opportunities to enhance market reach and boost revenue.

Assist and guide the new sales team in securing and finalizing agreements with prospective clients, improving and implementing KPI system to the team.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to foster a high-performance culture and motivation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, delivery to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal outcomes.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor revenues/GGR performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience and at least 2 years in the iGaming industry.

Established personal network.

Strong understanding of the iGaming market.

Online gambling operational business understanding.

Proven track record of personal achievements in sales with industry leaders and exceeding sales and revenues targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
