Join the Ecosystem Suite Org as a Manager 2 in the 3P Ecosystem Experiences team. We are responsible for App Marketplace and 3P integrations within Intuit’s Global Business Suite Group. The team works with cutting-edge technologies while applying high operational and engineering excellence to deliver great experiences to our customers when integrating with 3P apps.We are looking for a technology leader with a platform mindset and experience in building and running highly performant solutions at scale. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers driving discovery, connection, and the ongoing use of 3P apps. This leader partners closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Design, Program Management, Data Analytics etc.), stakeholders, and teams within the broader organization.Responsibilities
Build high-performing teams by putting the right people in the right job at the right timeLead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable solutions with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metricsBe engrossed on the product, tech, and architecture details to create a feasible, high-quality development planMaintain a day-one mindset, challenge the status quo, and keep an open mindset in the teamExperience prioritizing and managing deadlines and deliverables while keeping transparency over rationalCreate a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Product Management, Design, Program Management, Data Analytics etc.)Work across the organization to build strong relationships to deliver on ambiguous and complex problems togetherCommitment to team success and positive team dynamicsBring out the best ideas from the best engineers by empowering them and leading by exampleInspire team innovation and deliver quality at speedBS/MS in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered4+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful business solutionsDemonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teamsAdept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumenAbility to think and act strategically for all stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, architectures, and emerging technologiesProficiency in one or more key technologies including React, Java, JavaScript, NoSQLProficiency in front-end and back-end architecture and designSelf-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask, make decisions independently, and thrive in a timeline-driven environmentExcellent problem-solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasksPassion for developer velocity and engineering and operational excellenceExhibits extreme ownershipExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding partnership skillsPreferred Experience
Experience with developer programs, industry-leading technology/solutions in APIs and 3P integrations is a huge plusAI technologiesExperience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, consumer-facing applications
