The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of recruiters that will work with internal human resources teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts through sourcing of active/passive candidates. Collaborating with HR leaders in the Division to ensure open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner. Will oversee recruiting processes and systems and manage vendor relations.Responsibilities
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGRequired qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human resources or 6 years of recruitment experience.At least 3 years of healthcare experience.5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.Experience with ATS systems.Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills.Ability to excel in a fast-paced and team environment.Ability to coach leaders and drive optimum outcomes.Driven and goal-oriented, results-focused and high achiever.Analyzing data and preparing reports.Preferred qualifications:Master's degreeConnect With Us!
