As the Social Media Manager, you’ll spearhead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on crafting compelling content and implementing innovative strategies to boost our online presence. Your role will be crucial in elevating our brand awareness, engaging with our upscale clientele, and driving business growth through various social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to amplify brand awareness and customer engagementCreate eye-catching, on-brand content for various social media platforms, with a focus on InstagramImplement and manage a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagementDesign and run innovative social media contests and campaigns to boost follower growth and interactionAnalyze social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to guide strategy refinementCollaborate closely with the business owner to capture and communicate the company’s unique voice and expertiseManage customer interactions on social platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responsesStay ahead of social media trends, continuously exploring and implementing new best practicesAssist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to complement social media effortsTransform social media engagement into tangible sales leads and conversionsRequirements

Proven track record in social media management, preferably within the home fashion or interior design industryExpert-level knowledge of social media platforms, particularly InstagramExceptional content creation skills, including copywriting and visual designStrong analytical abilities with experience in social media metrics and reportingCapability to work within U.S. Central Standard Time zoneProficiency in social media management tools and familiarity with CRM systemsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote settingPassion for home design and ability to translate complex design concepts into engaging social contentAdaptability and willingness to take on additional digital marketing initiatives as needed
