This is a remote position.Full-time ; 40 hours per weekMondays to FridaysWork hours: Flexible within 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas, Eastern Time (7:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time) ; 8 hours per day
Scope :
Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Develop and execute social media campaigns to support business objectives
Create a consistent and engaging brand voice across all social media platforms
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the company
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Create engaging content, including both copy and graphics
Manage and grow our social media presence, focusing on engagement with corporate clients
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the events team to showcase our capabilities and past successes
Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in B2B or hospitality industry
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
Experience with social media management tools and analytics
Understanding of social media best practices and current trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
