We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Job Summary:The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive patient acquisition and partnership growth. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics to effectively communicate Superior Medical Transport's mission and services to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:

Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Superior Medical Transport’s goals and objectives.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measure the success of every social media campaign.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels.

Content Creation and Management:

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Develop a content calendar to plan, schedule, and coordinate posts in line with marketing campaigns, company updates, and industry trends.

Write compelling copy and create visual content (images, videos, graphics) that resonates with our target audience of healthcare professionals, patients, and partners.

Community Engagement:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and community members across all social media channels.

Foster relationships with key influencers, partners, and community members to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.

Address inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and social media ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.

Brand Development and Awareness:

Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and other digital assets.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns that complement social media efforts, including email marketing and online advertising.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare, transportation, or service industry.

Demonstrated experience in creating and managing content across multiple social media platforms.

Skills:

Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and their respective audiences.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.
