This dynamic leader will collaborate with team members, board members, residents, and community partners to spearhead efforts in annual, legacy, and campaign giving.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships through visits with current and prospective donors.Utilize donor databases to document interactions and track progress.Lead Annual Appeals and philanthropic initiatives within assigned communities.Manage and support Capital Campaigns to drive impactful fundraising efforts.Promote legacy giving and enhance participation in the Society/Circle, including event assistance.Apply for grants and ensure timely reporting to funding entities.Engage with residents and staff in community activities to foster relationships.Outreach to churches, synagogues, and faith partners for continued engagement and stewardship.Collaborate with team members on communications, including newsletters, gift announcements, and website content.Research potential funders/donors and develop engagement strategies in collaboration with staff and board members.Qualifications:Minimum of five years of experience in a philanthropic role with proven success in annual and planned giving, as well as donor stewardship.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and donor database systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information.Highly organized and capable of prioritizing multiple projects.Independent worker who can also thrive under guidance.A genuine belief in the power of philanthropy to create positive change.If you’re ready to join a mission-driven organization that values both professional excellence and personal connection, we invite you to apply for the Director of Philanthropy position at Kintura.
