Job Summary:

The Wildman District Sales Manager - Indianapolis is responsible for leading a team of Business Development and Customer Development Representatives to grow revenue, add product lines, increase gross margin, profitability and provide an excellent customer development experience to our current customers.The district sales manager takes lead on strategic account planning with their team to consistently deliver training, activity targets, marketing alignment and identifying specific areas for revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to bring on new targeted prospects that align with Wildman focus for territory and product growth.Lead a team of Customer Development Representatives to add additional product lines into accounts, analyze trends and meet their yearly growth goal requirements for regions and territories.Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Consistently deliver activity accountability, monthly training and marketing alignment for our representatives.Strategically plan existing account growth with each rep using our reporting tools and metrics.Collaborate with marketing and follow through on sales materials, leads, etc.Plan and execute training to successfully achieve higher results from each BD/ CD Rep.Conduct 2 weekly ride along's for in field coaching and weekly 1 on 1's meetings with the CD team.Plan and lead weekly sales training for your sales team.Work alongside the Vice President of Sales to ensure that each representative is supported internally and externally.Assist in developing a quarterly training calendar and reviews that provide consistent, strategic, and focused training delivered weekly.Manage pipelines, closing percentages, contacts and more in our Salesforce CRM software.Meet independently with Sales Representatives to enhance closing percentages and results.Support the Sales team with appointment and quote assistance when needed.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Suggest and implement improvements that can be made to increase activity, results, efficiencies.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Strong work ethic, leading the sales team by example.Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication. This may include written reports or correspondence or to speak with internal and external customers, and executive management.Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude.Ability to apply math skills such as percent's, ratios and interpret graphs and charts.Demonstrates the use of problem solving through the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Highly proficient in use of personal computer including email, routine database activity, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to handle difficult tasks calmly and effectively in high stress situationsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree.A minimum of five years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experienceProven experience in leading and managing a team of sales professionals.Working Conditions/Physical Abilities:

Well-lighted, heated/or air-conditioned indoor office/production setting with adequate ventilation.Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.Ability to maneuver throughout the facility/facilities as needed.Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers
