At Cleric, we're building an AI-powered SRE assistant that autonomously manages, repairs, and optimizes complex software environments. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between our product and our customers' needs.About the role

As an FDE at Cleric, you'll work on-site with our customers, acting as a bridge between their needs and our product. You'll own the technical success of their implementation, adapting Cleric to meet their specific challenges. This role goes beyond deploying software—it's about transforming how organizations manage their infrastructure.What You'll Do

Own Customer SuccessCollaborate closely with customers to understand their mission and challenges.

Implement Cleric's technology in their environments.

Ensure our product delivers real value and solves critical problems.

Develop SolutionsBuild custom code and integrations to adapt Cleric to unique customer needs.

Tackle complex infrastructure and software issues.

Continuously expand Cleric's capabilities based on real-world use cases.

Collaborate with Our TeamProvide feedback to our engineering team from your frontline experiences.

Influence the product roadmap by sharing insights and suggesting improvements.

Help balance immediate customer needs with long-term product vision.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise5+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong coding skills across the full stack.

Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud infrastructure.

Problem-Solving SkillsAbility to tackle complex technical challenges.

Interview Process

Introductory Call - Discuss your background and interest in the role.

Software engineering session (1 hour): We’ll build a simple application together. Think practical software engineering and not leetcode.

System design session (90 mins): We will work through a system design problem with you. This will be related to the work you do daily.

Customer Scenario Discussion - Assess how you handle real-world customer challenges and scenarios.
