As a Team Leader/Director of Growth with Keller Williams Capital Properties, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and consulting high-performing real estate agents to elevate their business. If you are a leader with a proven track record and natural connector with a deep understanding of the residential real estate market this role is made for you! Familiarity with KW systems and business models is a plus but not mandatory. Minimum 2-3 years of real estate sales experience with a track record of success. Understanding of basic financial reporting and ability to set high-reaching goals.Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly plus bonusesResponsibilities:

Leading strategic initiatives to attract high-producing and high-potential real estate agents to the officeOversee the hiring, leadership, and development of the staff as well as ensure they are properly trained and held accountable to KWCP’s high performance standardsManage and accelerate the financial performance of the office, paying close attention to, and making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators, to maximize profitabilityProvide business development and financial management consulting to top agents within the office, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performancePromote a strong learning-based environment and ensure that agents have access to top-of-the-line training and educational opportunitiesMaintain a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates to reach their potential and also provides for a caring, people-first, atmosphereQualifications:

Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside salesSuperb time management and organizational skillsVerbal and written communication skills are a mustHave in-depth, high-level, proven growth and leadership capabilitiesExperience in a high environmentStrong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poiseAlthough a background in real estate sales is preferred, a candidate with an exceptional track record in another endeavor, who also possesses exceptional leadership skills, will also be consideredProven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individuallyCompensation:
