Reporting to the National Network Managers, the Western Australia Service and Growth Manager will be responsible for providing business support, coaching, and resources to franchisees while driving growth in line with the responsibilities outlined below.SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster strong, sustainable relationships with franchise owners and teams across Western AustraliaEnsure consistent and equitable service to Century21 franchisees within the networkConduct detailed DeskTop Analysis and develop follow-up action plansProactively communicate with offices on performance-enhancing initiativesParticipate in key events such as Annual Awards, Quarterly Awards, and ConventionsMaintain a record of each franchise owner's business objectivesEncourage the adoption of the Century21 Business Plan in all officesMonitor financial performance by implementing management accounts and reviewing office figures to ensure profitabilityGROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive growth in offices, sales agents, and revenue for both Century21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real EstateProspect and engage agents, principals, and business owners to join Century21 or BHGRE as franchiseesDevelop and nurture a pipeline of franchise and salesperson prospectsQualify potential businesses and salespeople during the acquisition processEstablish strong, lasting relationships with franchise owners and their teamsCreate and implement a prospecting plan to boost network expansion.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
