Director of Paid Acquisition
will lead Dialpad’s paid media strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers, and achieving growth and efficiency targets through various paid channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns and a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and various ad platforms.What you’ll doDevelop and execute comprehensive global paid acquisition strategies across a variety of digital and offline channels including SEM, Social, Display, Online video, CTV, and Audio.Run and scale Affiliate and CPL programs, and management of Review sites.Collaborate with internal teams to manage digital ABM programs.Work with outside partners/agencies and internal teams to meet new business customer acquisition, pipeline, and revenue goals.Forecast and set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign and channel, aligning them with overall business goals.Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROAS.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns in North America, EMEA, and APAC.Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers to achieve business goals.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Operations, Product Marketing/Content, and Creative to test messaging and help build the Dialpad brand.Skills you’ll bringMinimum 8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.Extensive hands-on experience with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).Experience in managing and scaling Affiliates and CPL programs along with management of review sites.Hands-on experience in managing ABM programs and platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase.Budget management experience of >$20M.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Dialpad benefits and perksBenefits, time-off, and wellnessAn apple a day keeps the doctor away—and it doesn’t hurt that we offer flexible time off and great options for medical, dental, and vision plans for all employees.
