You’ll work closely with senior leadership, receive strong mentorship, and contribute to high-profile deals, making this an ideal environment for professional and personal growth.If you're ready to lead high-impact deals, collaborate with top-tier private equity sponsors, and take the next step in your private equity career, apply today!The ideal candidate is someone who:Can lead the deal process end-to-end, handling relationships with sponsors, investment committees, and legal advisors.Presents and defends investment opportunities with confidence, both internally and externally.Mentors and manages junior team members throughout the investment process, ensuring high-quality output and guiding their professional growth.Identifies key risks within investment opportunities and develops strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful deal outcomes.Plays an active role in improving deal processes and ensuring time is spent on high-impact activities that get results.Contributes to the monitoring of investments post-closing, providing updates and insights, working closely with sponsors to identify and implement capital strategies that enhance value, ensuring our investments continue to generate returns over time.What you will do:Own the entire transaction process, from sourcing to closing, leading internal investment committee discussions, external diligence calls, and negotiations, with autonomy to drive decisions and ensure deal outcomes.Have access to opportunities with our network of top-tier private equity firms, leading a variety of deals across industries.Play a meaningful role in the continued scaling and growth of the broader organization.And other responsibilities as required.What you bring:Proven ability to perform detailed due diligence, analyze financial data, and successfully complete investment transactions.Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proactive, strategic problem solver.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, in a fast-paced environment.Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and foster strong relationships.Education Preferred:Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.Experience:5+ Years of investment banking or private equity experience in co-invest or minority investment capacity preferred.
