Overview

Join the Global Corporate Affairs and Public Policy Team as an Executive Assistant Business Partner in the Washington, DC Office. The Executive Assistant will work in conjunction with various levels of the organization to support the administrative needs of the team across geographies.

5-10 years work experience, 1-3 years supporting executive leadersBudget management a big plus, financial and analytical proficiency a mustProficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) as well as Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google SlidesProficient in Concur and SmartSheets a plusPassionate about developing a thriving team culture--experience partnering with other Executive Admins to win together “Owns the outcome”: entrepreneurial, scrappy and tenaciously focused on delivering the end result.Bold, passionate, and a “Win Together” attitudeThrives in fast moving culture; adaptable to change; strong sense of urgencyCurious, with a strong learning mindsetDisciplined and data drivenCustomer obsession mindset - Hard working and dedicated- focused on delivering “awesome”Bachelor's Degree a plusCompensation (hourly):

How you will lead

Provide Flawless Administrative Support To Intuit’s Global Corporate Affairs And Public Policy Senior Leaders In The Washington DC Office (and One Who Works Remotely In Canada). This Is a Fast-paced Office And Candidate Must Think Fast On Their Feet, Be a Problem Solver And Detail Oriented.Provide day to day planning management (calendar, events, operations mechanisms)Interface directly with senior leaders within the Company across multiple time zonesHandle details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and proceduresPartner across organizational boundaries to deliver critical outcomesPlan team off-sites and other key events throughout yearHelp collection information, create documents and materials where necessary to support key meetingsSuccessfully plan and execute on-boarding for new employeesThis position will work closely with other Executive Admins to execute all deliverables for Intuit with excellence, including being a backup as neededManaging hosted events for VP and Directors both on and off siteIntuit utilizes a hybrid working model that brings together the best of virtual work and in-person connections and collaboration. This position will be required to work an average of 3 days per week in the Washington, DC office.
