As a Senior HRBP, you will independently d evelop and implement HR solutions in support of business objectives, strategic goals and human resource initiatives for the designated rather complex business unit or region.Who we are looking for:A highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for excellence in Human Resources. Individuals who demonstrate integrity in all business interactions, who can use strategic thinking with strong consultation skills around designing and implementing suitable business interventions. Thos who possess an effective ability to act
as a human resources consultant to counsel and coach managers at multiple levels of the organization, on a different/wide range of topics.
(Labor union experience would be beneficial and is preferred)What you'll do:-CoachingProvide management coaching to build leadership capabilities and to address and resolve issues. Coach and influence as a fully integrated team member inglobal and/or regional meetings and strategic planning activities, participate in Senior Management regional/national level meetings and strategic planning activity. Mentor other Human Resources colleagues, act as an advisor and/or coach as a Subject Matter Expert.-Organizational EffectivenessAnalyze human resources data for business area at the global/country/cross country level to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness, i.e., labor turnover trends, absence management.-Talent DevelopmentDrive talent development processes to ensure that employees’ capabilities meet current and future standards. Identify talent development needs within business areas or geographic and work with Global Human Resources Business Partner and Training Business.Facilitate seamless execution and coordination of a full range of duties aligned to development of employees and managers to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds both business and personal goals and objectives, i.e., coaching and mentoring, onboarding, performance management, and Human Resources service delivery.
Work with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent into business area through targeted recruitment activities.-Project and Program ManagementLead global/country/regional projects and initiatives including restructuring and reorganization efforts, while working with the Global Human Resources Business Partner. Work within and deliver to agreed Human Resources Service Level Agreements for business area; may represent Business Review locally, if required. Coordination and/or support of global human resources processes for designated client group or geographic region, e.g., salary planning, performance management, etc.

functional support and reach agreementsEmployee RelationsMeet with local senior management to maintain business relations and understand employee/management pulse; manage complex employee relations matters as they arise. Communicate changes and developments in operational Human Resources Policy procedures within business area; serve as a champion of interdepartmental communicationDrive and oversee local compliance with law and regulations; may coordinate activities within a team or across countriesExperience/Skills

8 years of experience in HRBP capacity desiredLabor union experience highly preferredProven track record of forging positive consultative relationships with all levels; sought after for insight,
judgment and guidance by senior leaders on a wide range of issuesAbility to maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling
teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with
employees and leaders at all levels of the organizationEducation:Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred•
