LHH is conducting a search for a highly skilled and strategic Regional Human Resources Manager to join my client’s HR team. As a Regional Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders and collaborate with them to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Experience as an HRBP or other strategic Human Resources role at a company with multiple sites would be beneficial.Do you have a passion for Employee Relations? Are you skilled at building careers and teams?You will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented HR professional to make a significant impact on the organization's success.The ideal candidate really wants to engage with employees and enjoys being face to face with their team. This role requires 50%+ travel, including locations around Southern California and some locations in Northern California. There will be the opportunity to work in a local office as well as work from home.Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that support their objectives.Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.Drive talent acquisition and retention efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.Collaborate with managers to develop and implement employee development and training programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to drive business results.Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies.Familiarity with performance management and employee development programs.Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Join my client’s dynamic HR team and partner with our business leaders to drive HR strategies that contribute to the organization's success.

Pay Details:
