Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operations of our center, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and curriculum development.

Assure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as our center's policies and procedures.

Craft and execute a developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all children.Utilize brighwheel for communication with parents, collect tuition, distribute lesson plans, etc.Offer continuous training and support to our dedicated staff, ensuring top-notch care and education for our young learners.

Cultivate positive relationships with parents and families through regular communication and involvement in center activities.

Maintain accurate records and reports on enrollment, attendance, and other administrative tasks.

Manage center resources like supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure safety and quality.

Engage in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role in an early childhood center or preschool.

Robust knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and best practices.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage and motivate staff to provide top-quality care and education for children.

Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.

Aptitude for multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
