Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join their team!
The IT Operations Manager will report directly to the IT Director and key executives, overseeing the management and operational stability of the company's IT infrastructure. This role includes leading a team of senior engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of three geographically dispersed datacenters, network and storage infrastructures, and all physical and virtual servers.
Responsibilities:Manage and lead senior engineers responsible for Networking (CISCO), Storage (NetApp), VOIP (Teams, RingCentral) and Microsoft 365.Recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews for IT staff.Ensure operational stability, security, and maintenance of:
Storage infrastructureNetwork infrastructureAll physical and virtual serversMicrosoft 365 infrastructure, including MS Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, Azure AD, Entra and Power BI
Maintain service levels for firm applications such as email, document management systems, mobile devices, and printingEnsure timely server infrastructure patching to maintain security standardsHandle escalations between Help Desk and Engineering promptly to maintain service levels.Create and maintain budgets for multiple projects, totaling over $500K.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProven experience as an Operations Manager within the legal industry.Strong skills in Windows Server, Customer Service, Document Management, Citrix, SQL, ITSM, Virtualization, and System Administration.Cisco, Palo Alto, NetApp, iManage, Active Directory, AzureM365 suite: manage Sharepoint, TeamsSkills and Competencies:
