Responsible for successful (financial, customer satisfaction, policies and procedures) operation of all aspects of F&B operation to include food, beverage, amenities and room service (to-go desk). Also, responsible to work collaboratively with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff, i.e., accounting, front office, human resources, sales, etc. to maximize food & beverage performance. Must also be prepared and available to assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years resort/hotel food & beverage supervisory, management experience required. Multi-unit F&B outlet experience a plus. Change Micros to Silverware (preferred).

Compensation& Benefits:
$72,000-$79,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
