Salary: $18 per hourCity Experiences is seeking a Ticket Booth Supervisor for our operation in San Diego.About You:This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.About the Opportunity:The successful Ticket Booth Supervisor will oversee ticket booth operations and personnel to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and maximizing sales.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee Pier Sales Agents and be prepared to troubleshoot problems, train staff when needed, and enforce policiesEnter new reservations accurately and thoroughlyProcess payments in a timely manner in following company proceduresSuccessful proper cash handling and maintaining of all monies in the ticket booth including depositsMaintaining sales and accounting documents required for closeoutsLead by example using RESPECTAnswering any questions about new and existing reservationsHandling of all guests' complaints on public cruises in NorCal, with a focus on complete resolution and guest satisfaction.Maintain and enforce uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standardsAssist with the warm and efficient greeting of guests when they arriveAttend applicable meetings as designated or necessaryPrepare and maintain all necessary paperwork, supplies, and set-up of ticket booth for specific cruises and special eventsAdditional job duties as assignedComplete employee work schedule in a timely manner.Complete monthly inventoryWhen necessary, work in conjunction with leadership to escalate any guest issues that can't be immediately resolved.As necessary, processing of gift cards due to unhappy guestsRegularly review the public cruise pages on the regional websites (port-based) to ensure accuracy, reporting discrepancies immediately and continually checking website until resolved.As they arise, works with corporate marketing team for support on specialty or promotional cruises.Additional duties assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience necessaryHigh School diploma or equivalency is requiredSupervisory experience is preferredCash handling experience requiredCommunicate effectively in oral and written formMaintain high level of organization & be detail orientedHandle multiples tasks/projects at one time/meet deadlinesFocus on customer needsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibilityListen effectively, assess the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions
