License Eligible or Licensed Family Centered Clinician - Spanish Clinical Language Capacity Required
$3000 Sign-On Bonus
Pay is an annual base salary based on experience, education, and licensure with quarterly productivity bonuses.
For license-eligible clinicians, we provide group and individual license supervision per state licensing requirements as part of employment with us. In addition, we offer peer mentorship, exam prep opportunities, an annual professional development stipend, and free clinical training that count towards your continuing education units.
Provide In-Home Therapy to Children, Youth and their families within their given catchment area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance Specifications. Ensure proper Hub responsibilities when warranted, contributing to the on-going training and oversight of the Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors (TT&S/TMs) linked with his/her caseload.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide In-Home Therapy to identified youth and families within given catchment area
Participate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and families
May provide outreach counseling to individuals, groups, families, and couples
Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary
Attend weekly supervision, and staff meetings and consultations as required
Follow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home Therapy
Assist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs.
Submit documentation and ensure meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timely
Outreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI services
Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned)
Respond to client emergencies as needed
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
60 Credit Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or some other related degree
Must have completed 600 clinical internship hours in a mental health setting
Must be license-eligible or licensed in Massachusetts
1 year of experience working with Children and youth required.
A valid driver’s license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is required.
Excellent organizational skills,
Be a self-started
Experience with electronic health records a plus.
