Parker Poe is seeking a attorney with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our Business Litigation practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have substantiate experience in internal investigations, white collar criminal defense and/or a variety of commercial disputes, including those involving breaches of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriate, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a close-knit team that has a national practice and appears before state and federal courts throughout the firm's southeastern footprint. The Business Litigation team also has a robust data privacy and security practice. The applicant must possess exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills, and must be ready and willing to handle matters both independently and as part of a litigation team.
