Key Responsibilities:

Direct the Companies overall supply chain operations, including procurement and inventory of raw materials, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods.Evaluates past performance data to forecast needs.Develops strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operationsCreates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-functionDevelops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructureDeploy demand driven supply chain strategy that supports operational excellence and long-range plansEnsure Supply Chain is synchronized to produce maximum efficiencies and lowest cost of operationWork closely with operations leaders and their teams to achieve operational objectives in cost, quality, delivery and inventory turnoverLead and improve Order Management best practices, processes and policies that drive perfect order logic including order types/policies, standardized lead times/tiered pricing strategies, available-to-promise (ATP), customer resource management (CRM).Lead and improve Demand Planning/Management using a One Number Plan approach & methodology including Sales and Operational Plan.Lead and improve Material/Inventory Management best practices including Plan for Every Part (PFEP), ABC Analysis, Purchasing Methods (PO, Blanket), Warehouse Management (Cycle Count Accuracy, Transactions, Bar Coding, RFID) and Advanced Replenishment Methods (MRP, Stock Program, VMI, Consignment, ROP, Direct Pull)Lead and improve Distribution & Logistics practices and network optimization including pick, pack & ship (PPS), trade compliance (Import/Export), distribution center management and transportation managementResponsible for maintaining scorecard of local suppliers in the key categories of quality, delivery, and CostsDevelop and implement continuous improvement plans or Corrective Actions as neededChampions standard Supply Chain/Procurement Tools and methodologies and is a recognized subject matter expertPerforms other incidental and related duties as required and assignedReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS or related field5-10 years of Supply Chain experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Global Sourcing, Inventory Management5+ years of managing teamsExcellent written and verbal communication along with strong analytical, problem solving skillsCapability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite. Intermediate/Strong skills in Microsoft ExcelE-commerce experience is a plus, SQL experience is a plus
