Overview:
The Baseball Factory Regional Coach is a key staff member for select events within their geographical region. As a Regional Coach, you will be responsible for scouting, hitting fungo, and/or throwing BP (batting practice) at assigned events from 12/27/2024 to 12/30/2024. The markets include Phoenix/Mesa, AZ; Vero Beach/Port St. Lucie, FL; and Sarasota/Bradenton, FL.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and instruct players aged 10-18.Write and organize scout cards and event information.Represent the Baseball Factory brand and uphold company standards.Observe and coach player performance.Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment at events.Hit fungo and throw BP at a high level of proficiency.Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong background in baseball or softball, with a solid understanding of fundamentals.Prior customer service experience.Previous coaching experience.Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and understanding.Outgoing and friendly personality with high energy and initiative.Ability and willingness to perform all physical job duties.Event or tournament management experience is highly encouraged.Availability to work weekends and/or nights.Willingness to travel to events within the region.Maintain professionalism at all times.Pay/Compensation:
$125.00 per dayMeals provided or per diem givenMileage reimbursement
