Job Summary:The Manager of FP&A sits at the intersection of corporate finance and business analytics and will serve as the Divisional Finance Lead for our Pennsylvania Operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide dedicated analytical support to HouseWorks’ Branch and Corporate Senior Leadership Team and will play an influential role in tracking and steering the business by extracting key insights to support executive decision making with a financial lens. The role will partner with the VP of Finance to oversee and drive improvements in financial planning and reporting, capital budgeting, and identify and manage profitability initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Long-Term Growth:

Partner with senior leadership on short and long – term planning, develop and maintain planning, forecasting, and budgeting models, and partner with business – unit leaders to provide the analytics necessary to run and optimize the businessDrive weekly operational reviews, monthly financial reporting, and assist in the month – end close processOwn and manage expense planning and reporting across all areas of operationsProvide sales teams with pricing strategy and solutions for driving revenue growthBe the subject matter expert in the client enrollment funnel, caregiver staffing model, and all financial statement drivers (i.e. revenue generation, administrative staffing, marketing spends, leases, balance sheet and cash flow variances)Develop and enhance financial and operational systems and tools (i.e. BI reporting, systems implementation, and assist ongoing process improvement, both within Finance and with business partners)

External and Transactional Support

Develop and prepare compelling external materials, including board decks and management presentations, that effectively communicate the financial narrativeProvide financial analysis and due diligence support for M&A and integration planning
