Systems Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer who will support the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) in Huntsville, AL. Salary for this position will depend on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support critical aspects of PEO MS Integrated Fires Rapid Mission Command (IFMC).
• Provide direct systems engineering support and coordinate engineering services with team members to serve the program's technical needs.
• Develop and execute system architecture and design for the PEO MS IFMC Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). Support leadership in the technical planning, development, and delivery of capabilities to the warfighter.
• Review cost, schedule, and performance for components being integrated in the IAMD architecture and assist leadership with various Trade studies, Engineering Assessments, and Course of Actions (COAs) development.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate, plan, and integrate capabilities across various experimental, developmental, and operational exercises.
• Coordinate with User stakeholders in capturing requirements, developing concept of operations, and planning capability delivery.
• Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to internal and external Government Senior Leaders.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for PEO MS IFMC by identifying customer needs and revenue sources that can be leveraged with company capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios
• Experience with complex system of systems programs/projects across their lifecycle from concept definition through fielding and sustainment.
• Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies
• Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Secret Security Clearance
• BS Engineering with minimum of 5 years of technical and project management experience.
• Must be US Citizen
