We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiting Manager for a rapidly growing client. This newly created position will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals and will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts in the Southern California market.
Key Responsibilities:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The ability to speak, read, and write in both languages is essential for effective communication with a diverse candidate pool.
Team Leadership:
Oversee and lead a team of 3-4 recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Fast-Paced Environment:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability as a leader with a growth mindset.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate in updating and refining recruitment protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Virtual Training:
Facilitate new employee training sessions, conducted virtually every other week, for an average of 15-20 new hires per session in the SO CAL market.
Job Board Utilization:
Utilize general job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc., and lead or assist in organizing job fairs to attract top talent.
Sales Recruitment:
Leverage your experience in recruiting for sales positions, focusing on higher-level roles, while collaborating with the in-house recruiting team responsible for lower-level roles.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading skills).
Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on sales positions.
Leadership experience overseeing a team of recruiters.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with virtual training platforms and modern recruitment tools.
Expertise in utilizing job boards for sourcing and attracting top talent.
