Practice Setting:Facility Type : Level III trauma center with high acuity casesCatchment Area : Over 320,000 residentsOperating Rooms : 7 ORs, Endoscopy suite, Cath Lab, nearby Ambulatory Surgery CenterCases :
All types of anesthesia cases except heads and heartsHealthy pediatrics onlyProcedures include various types of blocks
Team Structure : Collaborative group of physicians and CRNAs practicing 100% independentlyWork Environment:Autonomy : CRNAs are expected to practice independently based on their expertise, state regulations, and facility policiesCollaborative Atmosphere : Join a solid, experienced group committed to providing high-quality anesthesia servicesGrowth Opportunities : The facility offers a supportive environment with ample opportunities for professional growthResponsibilities:Administer anesthesia and related care for a variety of procedures, including general, orthopedic, and pediatric casesIndependently manage patient care in the operating room, endoscopy suite, and other procedural areasParticipate in the shared call schedule, including weekend coverage and post-call day offRequirements:Certification : Must be Board Certified as a CRNAState License : Active Oregon state license or willingness to obtainExperience : Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required (no new graduates)On-Call Availability : Willingness to participate in the equitable call scheduleProfessional Skills : Independent practice in line with state regulations and facility policiesBenefits:Opportunity for Locum-to-Perm transitionCompetitive compensation package, including paid call and shared weekend dutiesCollaborative team environment with experienced professionalsWork in a supportive hospital setting with access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
