Call Duties :
Share general and interventional call on a rotational basis
Privileges and Core Responsibilities:Core Privileges Include :
Intracoronary foreign body retrievalIntracoronary infusion of thrombolytic medications and other pharmacologic agentsIntracoronary mechanical thrombectomyUse of intracoronary stents, balloon angioplasty, and other interventional devicesIntracoronary ultrasound (IVUS) and Doppler, flow and pressure wire techniquesManagement of complications from percutaneous interventional coronary proceduresRotational atherectomyUse of vasoactive agents for managing epicardial and microvascular spasmRadial, femoral, and brachial cannulation for angiography and interventionsInterpretation of coronary angiograms, ventriculography, and hemodynamicsIntra-aortic balloon pump catheter insertion and post-care management
Requirements:Certification :
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
State License :
Active Oregon state license required
Experience :
Proven experience with the core privileges listed above
