Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN or LPN license in good standing according to Maryland State and Federal requirementsExtensive MDS 3.0 training and software experience required3+ years experience as an MDS/PPS CoordinatorProgressive nursing experience preferably in a resident assessment environmentMust possess managerial and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively with other team membersIn-depth experience and knowledge with PDPM and CMI as related to Medicare and Medicaid service reimbursementsMust have patience, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and a willingness to handle residentsCurrent CPR certification
