- 3 days (OP), 1 day (OR), 1 day (OP procedures)
- FT Need or 2 weeks/month• Call schedule:
- Night call; 5p-8a
- 24-hr call; 8a-8a• Call Type: Beeper• Patient Volume: 20 (OP)• No. of Surgeries: 3-4• Procedures per week: 10-15• Support Staff: 1 APP, MAs• Procedures:
- Vasectomy (in clinic)
- Infant Circumcision OP (preferred)• Hospital Beds: 99• EMR: Cerner• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:• Active AZ License or IMLC• BC/BE• DEA• COVID & Flu Vaccine• Min 1 yr of experience
