- Every Wed: 8a-5p (Clinic)
- Every 2nd Fri: 8a-5p (Telemed Clinic)
- Every 4th Fri: 8a-5p (Clinic)
- 2 weeks/month• Patient Demographics: Adults• Patient Volume:
- Clinic: 20-22
- Hospital Consults: 3-4
- EP cases: 4-6• Procedures: Heart Rhythm Disturbances• No of Beds: 268• EMR: Cerner• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:• Active AZ License or IMLC• BC/BE• DEA• ACLS• 1 year experience• COVID and Flu Vaccine
