Position: Medical Laboratory Scientist II

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist II, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier laboratory services and driving forward innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Execute complex lab procedures across diverse fields such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test outcomes.Analyze and interpret laboratory data, adhering to the highest standards of quality control and assurance.Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate timely and accurate patient diagnoses and treatments.Engage in quality improvement projects and continuous professional development activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) from ASCP or a similar accrediting body.Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS), such as Epic Beaker and SoftBank, is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.Why You'll Love Working Here:
