Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.Certification as MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT.Exceptional precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Availability for evening shifts (2:00 pm - 11:30 pm), 40 hours per week, including rotation every other weekend and holiday.
