is seeking a highly skilled and committed

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

to join our client's prestigious healthcare team. In this role, you will execute a variety of cardiopulmonary and respiratory care procedures, contributing to optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :Provide high-quality respiratory care, including administering therapeutic treatments and conducting thorough patient assessments and management.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement tailored patient care plans.Utilize advanced techniques and equipment in respiratory care to enhance patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, along with hospital policies and protocols.Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in respiratory care practices and technologies.Educational and Experience Requirements :

Education : An Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.Licensure : A valid and unrestricted license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Washington is mandatory.Experience : While previous clinical experience in respiratory care is preferred, it is not required.Licensure and Certification Requirements :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials are essential.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Exhibit exceptional clinical skills with a strong focus on patient care and safety.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.Ability to access all patient care areas and successfully complete necessary respiratory care competencies.Proficient in the use of relevant hardware, software, and computer-based tools applicable to respiratory care.
