Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
to join our client's cutting-edge healthcare team
near Kennewick, WA!
Key Responsibilities for Registered Respiratory Therapist :Assess patients with respiratory conditions and create personalized care plans tailored to their needs.Administer therapeutic interventions like oxygen therapy, ventilation, and other respiratory treatments, monitoring patient responses closely.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal respiratory care for patients.Educate patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions and maintaining their health.Perform essential diagnostic tests, such as arterial blood gases (ABGs) and pulmonary function tests (PFTs), to evaluate patient conditions.Qualifications for Registered Respiratory Therapist :
Current RRT certification by the NBRC and a valid Washington State license.BLS certification required at the time of hire.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care is mandatory.ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within six months of hire.Benefits :
