Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegalProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMust be polished, professional, and able to work onsite in Dallas, TexasExperience in personal injury or medical malpractice law is preferredParalegal certificate or bachelor's degree is preferredFamiliarity with Neos or other legal case management systems (training available)Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
Support two attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including calendaring deadlines, conducting research, and preparing for mediations and depositionsDraft and file legal documents, including notices and court reportsCoordinate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth case managementManage expense reports, invoices, and travel arrangements for clients, particularly in medical malpractice casesPrepare and organize case files, including scanning emails to the document system and ensuring all necessary documents are accessibleProvide proactive support to attorneys, ensuring they are well-prepared and all deadlines are metWork on approximately 40 cases simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detailBenefits:
